Weekly Fall Schedule

We’ve returned to our 7 days a week schedule.

We’ve mixed up the teachers a little for 10/24–10/30 and 11/13–18.

Kinda like “grab bags” of days gone by.

Or a garage sale, where you never know what you’ll get!

You can always get our substitute schedule and sudden changes on Facebook (I know, Ugh!) but the website changes are a little bit more involved so it’s not always as current. If it’s a big deal to you who is teaching when then get Alli’s cell number and you can always text her for details. Namaste!!!

# Last Thursday of the month is Restorative Yoga.

^ Community Yoga is a “Donation-Based Class.” This does not mean it’s free (we have overhead after all); it means that you pay what you can. Let your conscience and your wallet guide you.


  • We accept cash or check. We are no longer able to accept credit cards.
  • First visit is $6 ~ or ~ $25 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes (new students only).
  • Single class drop-in rate = $12
  • 5-pack = $50 (2-month expiration)
  • Unlimited Packages (These do not include the donation-based community classes):
    • Monthly = $75
    • We often have multi-month packages which we will offer again in January.
  • Contact us for payment plans, individualized packages, or for credit due to illness, injury, et cetera, experienced for a previously purchased package.
  • Private lessons: $60 individual, $75 group, $100 off site (48-hour cancellation required).

General Notes & Suggestions

  • Please do not wear any scented products.
  • We are only able to accept cash or checks. (Sorry to be repetitive.)
  • New students please arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Existing students please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class as we lock the door once class begins (so that we and our belongings are not disturbed).
  • Some practitioners come early to meditate and/or get centered. It would be considerate of you to remember that when you enter the studio (class) space. Please use a quiet voice and be mindful of the noise you make.
  • Silence your cell phone (including the “vibrate” option).
  • Inform the instructor of any injuries or issues you may be experiencing. No injury or issue is too small to ensure your safety.
  • For your comfort, avoid eating or drinking 1-2 hours before class.
  • Although we have a few loaner yoga mats (we request that you clean them after use), for health reasons we urge you to bring your own. Most new mats need to be cleaned before use as they are often sprayed with an oil for storage & shipping.
  • We do not currently offer any prenatal or children’s classes.
